SPAM emails from "listers"

With the "geargp" account, it's on audifans via the classifieds and was also
posted on the message board for the Audi Driver magazine out of the UK.

I've tried blocking senders, but it does not come consistently from the same
sender or domain. With the non virus (aka porn) stuff, one of the groups
that sends it uses a number in the from address, that changes pretty much
every time...not much luck blocking that.

The only other thing I can thing of is that there is some random name
generators out there mass spamming as I had one email come in addressed to
geargp, geargo, etc...
