I do mine every two years just because I can  :-) That's about every 45-50k.
The old belts always look good and I save a used set in the trunk just in
case.

Changed my plugs at 120k for the first time - they looked great and saw no
performance or fuel economy increase. I seem to recall Ned saying they were
good for 100k or so. But then, I am not running high boost or a chip. And my
average trip is in the 20 mile range so everything gets to operating temp.
