LED Replacement?

The 20v.org site for the 90q 20v has great write ups on doing the switches.  I
used this site to do my seat heater switches, which included the Radio Shack
part numbers.

I'm planning on replacing the LED on a couple of the dash switches, and
wondering if anybody can remind me what LED's to buy from Radio Shack, and
how I get the switches out of the center console?
Any other tricks I should be aware before tearing these things open?
