The string on the bolt trick is THE way to go for reinstallation, made it so
easy.  Removal sucks any way you go about it..I used an s shaped wrench to
get most of the work done, slow and only a fraction of a turn at a time, but
it worked.. I think I had an offset wrench and stubby on hand but I am not
positive.. One thing I did that made it easier was to simple green the whole
apparatus back there first, scrub it up and rinse it off.. it is much easier
and neater to do this messy frustrating job if its kind of clean back there.
