Rich:  I cut and pasted into yahoo.com the "20V_Kruemmer group" and got no
result.
Do you have any links?  Makes for interesting reading.

The 20V_Kruemmer group on yahoo has a file with a lot of different cams,
lift, dwell, etc. It is also the best source of info on tuning the 3B I have
seen yet.  Check it out.
