replace it on a 200q20v. Then you need a quart or two of the hydraulic

A window reguator from any type 44 (5k/100/200/V8) can be used. Should
not be more than $50 used if it's in very good shape. A new one at the
dealer is about $200, IIRC. It won't take more than 30 minutes to
replace..


Yes, your mechanic's price estimate is outrageous. $500 will be enough
to fix everything.

If you have done some work on the car before, you can do this yourself
too. Nothing hard, just remember to "release" the bomb pressure (pump
the brake pedal) when replacing the bomb and to disconnect the battery
when you replace the alternator.. :-)
