Checked the vacuum lines for the fuel pressure regulator?

It's a thought, but a leak there will cause very rich running at idle
and very lean running under boost, because fuel pressure won't be
right at either end.

It wouldn't hurt to disconnect the line from the back of the intake
manifold(it connects to both the FPR and the ECU) and try and apply a
vacuum to it...
