John,
I agree, the OE wires work just fine and "DFI if IAB" holds for plug wires.

But I've had an any speed/condition miss of increasing severity on my
200Q-20V at 170K.  Determined it to be #3 cyl by plug color, pulling the
plug wire and the injector plug.  Replacing just #3 wire from my used parts
box finely solved the problem.  But first I had replaced #3 injector, and
the distributor cap because it had a scratch inside between two plug
terminals, both without success.  While in there I finely replaced the
plastic distributor drive gear with the new bronze gear.  The original gear
was still intact, but had a few chipped teeth.  Old cars don't deserve new
parts.
