bad MFTS, clogged Cats, pulsing power

no i have the 4 pin MFTS... looks like the original.
the temp gauge reads nothing and then all of a sudden
goes up to operation temp.somtimes dosent work at
all.....but like i said before, with it unplugged the
cars seems to be a little better, it still pulses but
under boost but pull a little now as opposed to almost
none before....
