Apparently there are highly touted tuners on both sides of the pond that
don't understand the dynamics of optimum damping in a resonant spring/mass
system.  Our California located 2B fits this catigory in spades!  They made
the same mistake (among others) to my Son's race prepared 5K.  Their
principle expertise is that of thinning fat wallets, IMO.
