List etiquite: top posting or bottom posting? Voice your choice

Well said, Kneale!  And I believe that Brett will appreciate the trimming of
irrelevent (and maybe irreverent) verbage.  Further, it buggs me when
someone responds with a personal message to an individual, deletes all
reference to the subject and then copies it to the list.
