Select All -> down arrow is (usually) one very quick shortcut to the
end of the message.
So, incidentally, is the "End" key :-)

Exactly, and please trim quoted signatures/advertisements/etc. It
literally takes a second or two and makes the email so much nicer to
read.
By the way, I mention this only for those who use(and are fed up
with) Outlook Express- Mozilla(www.mozilla.org) is a very nice. free
web browser+email client. It features popup blocking, bayesnian spam
filtering...and like Eudora, you can turn off automatic image-loading
in email messages, which stops the tracking images spammers use to
verify good addresses.
I installed it on a mechanic-friend's computer after he complained
about spam and virus-laden emails...he's a pretty happy camper now...
