The only 20-valve turbo quattro imported to the US was the 1991. Same car
apprently was available in Europe earlier.

A 1990 200 turbo quattro with the 10-valve engine can be tweaked to greater
perfomance than a stock 1991 200q20v. But then, the 20-valve can be
tweaked even more.
