List etiquite: top posting or bottom posting? Voice your choice

I agree.  Replay at top as its the first thing you read.
Chronology below with most of it cut out.  Leave the last
message though or maybe the last couple messages if the previous
message was overly brief.
  For the very long messages though I'd echo what Kneale said
and reply to each portion seperately if needed, inline under
each question, or cut out the un-needed portions and only reply
to what you can.
