Console switch panel

In my 200 I have the switch panel in the console with the coin box. and
5 switches. Does any one have or know where I can get the alternate
switch panel with 9 switch slots. I figure if I am going to try to run
my blaster bulbs separate this would be a real clean way to insert
another switch into the mix. The 9 switch panel is shown in the ETKA I have.
