Turbo afterrun fan relay part number

Does anyone know the part number for the after run fan relay?
My pump works opposite of what it should. It stays on when cold and goes
off when hot. Temp switch and pump have both been replaced. Go figure?
I have to keep the temp switch disconnected to prevent the battery from
running dead.

Hi Derek,
I've sucessfully resealed the impeller housing annular ring split joint
using ABS plastic pipe cement. Wash and scrape out the joint area well
before flowing the cement into the joint.
