Brake Pad Warning Light Behavior

My '91 200TQ does it all the time, but an inspection of all of the pads
shows plenty of lining material.  Sometimes when starting up, and at other
times I get the "OK", but the pad warning comes on later in the drive.

Take a look and see what you have.  I attribute mine to Audi computer check
madness.  Maybe the Stabilant 22A treatment will fix it.
