distributor rotor question

Hi,


Yes, the distributor rotor is specific to the 3B and only that one can be 
used, the "regular" item can be responsible for causing spark arcing 
between 2 cylinders leading to severe engine damage, or at least such is 
the story.

The correct part can now only be had through Bosch, Audi no longer sell it 
and they'll tell you BS that the 10v rotor is THE right part number, which 
is false. I think the correct Bosch part number must be somewhere in the 
archives or on SJM's website!
