Fuel draining and leaky gas tanks

If you remove the covers to the fuel pump access, you can stick your pump
suction hose into the tank.  You have to realize that the Quattro fuel tank
is made like a set of saddle bags so that there are separate low spots you
can't drain well from just one point.
