Actually sounds just like a dragging muffler and is modulated with the wheel
speed.

Rock in between the brake shield and the rotor - I get these all the time
with the amount of gravel roads I drive on. A lot of the time it can be
cured by backing up. Occasionally, I have had to pry it out. Sounds very
bad!!
