I dont know,
  I was going to mail him a cashiers check after doing a bill of
sale.  But I have not been able to get ahold of him to Fax over
the Bill of Sale.  I guess he doesnt' want to sign it. ;-)
  Odd, I think I may buy my motor elsewhere.
