David,
Did you have the polarity right? the BROWN lead is Ground if
I remember right, the positive may be BLACK. What's even worse is that
the fusible link is in the Ground return..
I am not saying you DID do it wrong, it's just that it's so easy to get
confused when
hooking up jumper leads to test on the fan,
