1991 200 turbo Quattro 20V with rotor/engine issues

I'm curious. How many miles on the car?   I thought I had dealt with some
shysters in my time, but these guys take the cake....And, if you end up
getting it fixed somewhere else for a couple hundred bucks, I would file
complaints with the DMV and try to cause this 'stealer' as much grief as
possible..
