Same thing here.
I ordered a part from him..had multiple communications by email only back
in November...When I inquired about why it had not been sent he said he
just had his wisdom teeth out and was laid up for a couple days and he
would be sending it out soon.  I have sent several more emails in the
month since then with no reply.

I paid by check...is there any way that you can track what account your
check was deposited into?

Now luckily I didnt spend as much as others...only $25..but I would be
willing to stop by his address on my next trip to Philly and thump him
with the 200 tire iron.
