Re long drawn out thread of parting out car..

I think that when you offer up parts for sale and accept money in return for
them a responsible person may post a note to the list that they would be out
of town.  It is understandable that a virus could wipe out any info you may
have had on your computer but it is in the archives.  I don't think it is
appropriate to call the remarks slanderous as numerous efforts to contact
you were made over a period of many weeks, would you not get upset if you
sent some several hundred dollars and heard nothing??
I would say a humble apology is more in order than excuses, shit happens but
take responsibility for it.

maybe I'm out of line but this is how I feel.
