Ben-
IMHO, don't go from UFOs to G60s unless you plan on going to
a Porsche brake upgrade or something similar in the very near
future.
The G60s are marginal for the 200 and it's not just the calipers
that you'll need to swap- it's the entire strut assembly upright,
plus control arms, swaybar mounts and some other assorted stuff if
you're not using an UrS strut assy.
Check a few things before you worry about the rotors- pad deposition
on the rotor; sway bar bushings; control arm bushings.
UFOs are not costly if you take care of them and don't heat shock
them. There really isn't anything significantly better out there that
will clear 15" wheels, although something like an Alcon/AP caliper with
a 30mm or 32mm custom rotor might be close, although the rotor will be
significantly smaller (UFO is 304mm? G60 is 276mm).
IMHO, you really should be using 16" wheels (something like the UrS
fitment is a nice upgrade- 225/50R16 or better yet, 245/45R16 on 16x8
ET40 forged wheels) as the 200 is significantly heavier than the 5ktq
and really needs more tire. I'm running 255s and I'm happy now (I'm not
limited in my handling due to tire size alone, as I was with 225/45R17).
