red warning light question

Hi All,

The 3rd warning light from the left (out of 4) in the set of lights to the
right of the speedo is a bit mysterious to me.  It is on BTW.    Mine has no
graphic symbol, just a red light.  Anyone know what it is for?

The owners manual says it is an emissions control related warning, but the
one they refer to has a "check engine" graphic.  Could mine simply be
missing the graphic symbol?

If it is the check engine light, should I have it looked at immediately?
