K24 Turbocharger mods? Any thoughts?

Mihnea,
I think the A/r ratio is on of the defining parameters of the turbo. I read
somewhere - Corky Bell's Maximum Boost I think it was - that it is important
to maitain the A/r ratio where 'A' is the aperature and 'r' is the radius to
the center of that aperature. Increasing the aperature will decrease the
exit velocity of the flow impinging on the rotor blades. Your buddy may not
get the result he is expecting.

Thanks to all for your thoughts!!! Actually my friend can afford an RS2 but
doesn't like the slower spool up and increased lag... That's stupid IMO but
oh well, I was just trying to see if it was worth the shot or not... I'll
let him know about your thoughts, and if he does it anyway I'll keep
everyone posted!
Thanks,
Mihnea
