K24 Turbocharger mods? Any thoughts?

   Some people with turbo Miatas have had the turbine housing extrude honed;
  typically costs about $75 and claimed benefit is better spool and more
top.  No direct experience, but I have a lot of trust for some of the people
who've done/described it.
