A/C pressure leak (update)

my 91 200 20V a/c compressor howls also under
acceleration and I believe it indicates oil starvation
of the compressor.

The only reason why I think it's oil starvation is
because my compressor has been seeping a red oil from
one of it's seems.  (the previous owner had some of
that red R12 added before I bought the car 4 or 5
years ago but no leaks were detected).

I've been meaning to bring my car in to be checked out
and/or oiled up but have had no time or money.  System
cools OK (not great) on hot-humid days.
