Heater Doesn't Work...

Hello Again
My heater is not working. I can set the automatic to 80 but it blows about
68. (It is 85 degrees outside right now, but i'll need it eventually) Also
when the A/C is on I have zero torque off the line. If I turn it off, torque
returns. Could these be related issues? Is there a vacuum line that ties
this all together? Thanks in advance for any help. ( I have Bentley's is
somebody could steer me to a page, I'd be very thankful)
