Exaust

how much of a gain in performance if i add a 3" turbo
back exaust system to my 200 20v w/o a cat?  this
forum is great sooo much useful info. Also, does
anyone have any advice on A/C? mine has never worked
and im wondering what the next step should be to get
it going again.
