Oil Filters

[quattro + 5 or 8 = fun]

I have a really good friend that owns a Euro Auto parts store.  He told me
Malhe, Knecht and Mann are made at the same place.  Just a diff. name on the
label.  In fact, He told me one of the three owns one of the other two.
Don't remember which though.  I think Mahle owns one of the others.  Anyone
know for sure??
