squeeky blower motor

You can try spraying a lube into the blower motor cooling hole (where a
small rubber tube carries air from the fan part of the airbox to the motor
part).  Be aware of the lube's odor because you'll be smelling it every
time the blower activates for quite a while.  I used WD40 the first time
and it smelled pretty bad  for a while.  Didn't stop the squeek for long
either.  Next time, I used a spray lube that includes a bit of teflon and
happened to have a slightly less obnoxious odor when warm.  That worked
longer too.  I got by all winter that way, but by spring, the squeek was a
bad squeal that lasted 10-15 minutes,  and the fan wouldn't blow on low speed.
