flakey instrument cluster repair

I have, now, the typical flakey speedo/info center gremlins in my cluster.
While SJMs pages on this are
very good, I can't track down any problems/cracks on the circuit boards.  A
clean up with contact cleaner helped a bit on the info center.  Does
anyone/lister offer service for this where you could send out the dash and
let a pro tackle it?
