I believe that Scott was talking of the two stage rad fan switch.  How could
the after run system effect gas milage, when the engine is off?

Normal is determined by the set point of the after run relay and the coolent
temp at that sensor.  With all that new crap you may have changed the
coolent temp as well as the sensor set point.
