3B dist anti tamper hold down

Yep, it is a bolt that holds the plate.
I simply got a wise grip on the head (nice fresh pair will work fine) and while trying to turn the head I also turned the plate which helped to brake (not literarly) the bolt... once she broke free I could back the bolt and remove with my fingers.
The plate has to be spred at the base to allow for some angular movement to help in easing the bolt.

I hope mine was torqued to the same spec as everyone elses... otherwise this technique might not work in every case...
