Alignment: Impossible with H&R springs?

You can't install camber plates after doing the strut work- you need to
pull apart
the assemblies to install the plates, not just the strut inserts.

Get those strut bearings fixed ASAP- that can lead to a very unstable
and
dangerous suspension condition.

Don't run different shocks/springs in the rear- that might bite you if
you
have a mismatched set and experience strange handling.
