I bought my car already lowered with eibach and
bilsteins and have always wanted to increase the ride
height back to OEM specs to gain the extra ground
clearance while driving in snow and because I've never
liked the way the rear wheels seem to sit inside the
fender.
Lately I've become more and more a believer in
Bernie's mantra "DFIIIAB" but I feel I must ask... is
it worth the money to pay someone to bring the car
back up to spec height? this is probably related to
the money saved in tires that wear more evenly but I
could think of other things to spend on this car.
Do I move up to V8 springs?
Inquiring minds want to know.
Admittedly, after 5 yrs of ownership I'm not sure how
much longer I want to keep this car, I'd still rather
keep it than buy a BMW (see below) but...????

PS if you interested in test driving BMW's latest cars
(any car except an M) check out the "news & events"
here: http://www.bmwusa.com/ and click on
events -> "Ultimate drive Susan G." to see if a
dealership near you is hosting the event. The mileage
you put on the car is worth $ to the breast cancer
foundation which BMW sponsors..... ie you drive BMW
donates.... they even have snacks and refreshments.
I drove the Z4 and it's very quick, stiff, and loud.
