Code 4411 Fuel injector 1

Bruce,
The ECU can only detect electrical problems with an injector, not hydraulic,
such as plugged or poor spray pattern.  So, compare the coil resistance of
#1 injector to the others.  You may find an open or short in the injector or
wiring thereto.
