Relay for Front Lights to disable bulb warning

The metal casing behind the lower dash panel is the knee-bar reinforcement
used in all air-bag equipped cars. Keeps you from submarining under the
wheel in the event of a front-end collision, so the airbag can work like
its supposed to.
