Low Charging Voltage

Hello Tom,

I don't think this is the explanation.  As I stated in my orginal post, the
steady-state/idle voltage is virtually identical at both the jump post and
the battery directly.  Therefore, no voltage drop due to a failed/high
resistance splice.  It may simply be the belt - or its tension - but it just
seems very odd that it occurred almost instantaneously.  I'm suspicious of
the alternator itself...
