Are all ETKA CD'S the same on Ebay???

I am wanting to buy an ETKA CD but I am not sure now which one I should get.
Are they all copies of the same CD, in which case I should buy the cheapest,
or is there a real difference in quality and the the amount of info on them.
I know this question has been posted recently, but I never got to see the
answer.
