O2 sensor replacement questions

My O2 sensor is supposedly out but my mechanic didn't
have one to put in last week as part of a tuneup so I
plan to do it myself ASAP.

Is a common 12-point closed-end wrench appropriate
(ie, won't strip the hex head on the sensor if it's
difficult to break free) of is there a special tool,
like a 6-point socket with a cutout for the wires?

What is a commonly available anti-seize compound to
use to install the new sensor, equivalent to the G5
compound in Bentley (p. 26.3)? Is Molycoat good
enough?

Is there a seal that should be used around the sensor?

Any other watch-out-fors for this task?

TIA,

Steve
