[A4] Denver Driving

Why were you surprised about the Volvo?  Remember where they're from.   In
fact, up until a few years ago, all Volvos were rear wheel drive.  Throw on a
set of Haks and go the Nordics do.   Volvo only recently went to Front wheel
drive (last 8-10 years) and even more recently added an AWD drive option,
mainly to satisfy the demand in the US.

Saabs too...they've been front wheel drive since 19 B.C.   and they see more
snow than most of the US.

So next time you're talking about the extreme superiority of Quattro AWD,
think about the 2 wheel drives with great tires and limited slip
differentials.  They can go almost if not anywhere our beloved Audis can go.
