How much for a 91 20v with 242K?

Hi folks,

I am 1987.5 coupe gt qlister who has been looking into 20v 200s.  A well
maintained (all records) is for sale for $4K with 240K miles.  Drives well.
Stock except for Ned Ritchie basic chip and g60 brake conversion.

This seems a bit high with this many miles, but it in some ways it seems
absurd to go any lower on a well-maintained car.  I am thinking of making a
lower offer.

Any thoughts would be appreciated,
