Avant retaining water

After some recent rains, I've noticed good amounts of water collecting in
the pass side rear inner fender.  I see the drain tube (running from the
sunroof?) and it is properly placed and exiting under the car.  Any BTDTs on
where the water might be/is coming from?  Drivers side dry as a bone.
