pilot bearing removal

Believe me, I wouldn't (usually) FI if IAB, but in this case I'm doing a 3B
conversion on my '84 urq.  The tranny from the urq requires a completely
different PB.  The shaft on the urq tranny is bigger in diameter than the
TorSen one-hence my need to change.
