The "Italian tune-up" of braking hard repeatedly to really warm the rotors
up and then driving long enough without braking to let the rotors cool down
will take care of warping.
The best way to avoid warping is to NOT sit at an intersection with the
pads clamped onto the rotors after you've had to brake hard or otherwise
warmed up the rotors a bunch.
