What happens after 1.5bar (pulled codes)

I pulled the codes (even though the check engine light
never flashed) they are as follows:
  2341 Ox Sensor control (leak in front of catalyst
maybe?)
  2111 Engine Speed Sender (possibly attributing to
the poor idle though I dont know where to look for
this yet)
  2224 Boost Pressure Limit Exceeded  (possibly a leak
even though all hoses were replaced or maybe the
wastegate frequency valve is defective? did the output
test and it clicks ok.. tried blowing air through it
and it seemed fine)
